How did you come to GRUB BRUGGER?

After working for a long time in a constantly growing full-service unit, I found the prospect of joining a specialised "boutique" team and moving closer together again and experiencing more personal collaboration very interesting.

What did you notice immediately in the first month?

Due to the structure of the law firm as a very specialised and smaller unit, the entrepreneurial activities of the lawyer are much more to the fore compared to the large unit. This applies to all areas (client work, personnel, IT, marketing, etc.). Developments in new areas, optimisations, but also other topics (proposals for employee benefits, development and processing of new areas of advice and IT, etc.) can be initiated directly and implemented quickly without lengthy decision-making processes. Even though the firm has a long history, there is perhaps also a kind of "start-up mentality" in the team and in the firm.
